The Villajos Manchego cheese in Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a semi-cured cheese which is preserved in extra virgin olive oil for several months. Depending on the time spent inside of the oil, the cheese gets a pink colour and a great taste and that’s the best moment to taste it.
The Villajos extra virgin olive oil can be also used to cook once the cheese has been eaten.
