The Villajos cured artisan Manchego cheese with denomination of origin is an artisan cheese of pressed paste, ivory colour and small and irregular holes. It has an intense taste with a characteristic aftertaste. It ripening period lasts between 6 and 10 months. Thanks to this ripening, we obtain a cheese with a marked taste appropriate for those who know how to enjoy a great taste. For more than 10 years, it’s achieved a number of sucesses:
