Cured cheese of pressed paste made with rasheep’s milk, lard and rosemary leaves.

Golden in colour, it is entirely handmade, which gives it a unique smell and taste. This cheese is ripened for 6 and 12 months under perfect temperature, humidity and light conditions.

Formats:  Whole cheese of approximately 2 kg. Available in half or wedges.
